Wanthanee has joined Sage Capital since 2019 as an analyst. She has been engaging in a variety of investment banking transactions including initial public offering (IPO), merger and acquisition (M&A), independent financial advisor (IFA) report, business development projects, and other financial advisory services. Currently, she is working on several projects such as an initial public share offering of a water treatment technology company, an initial public share offering of an LPG retail and wholesale company, and a merger and acquisition of a listed media company.

Prior to joining Sage Capital, she completed an internship at Khronos Advisory, at which she was responsible for providing industry research and M&A research, conducting a financial model, and performing financial analysis of the assigned listed companies.

• The initial public offerings of Pilatus Marine PCL in the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI).
• The opinion of the independent financial advisor on the disposal of common shares of V33 Co., Ltd. and Udon Business District Co., Ltd. and land plots in Saraburi and Ang Thong to a connected person for Principal Capital PCL
• The opinion of the independent financial advisor on the sale of Principal Capital PCL’s subsidiary shares to a connected person for Principal Capital PCL
• Business development project of an LPG retail and wholesale company
