His past transactions include the sales of Metrostar Property PCL and United Securities PCL, G Steel PCL’s US$ 260 million strategic investments in Nakornthai Strip Mill PCL, US$ 50 million international private placement through global accelerated book building of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction PCL, US$ 20 million convertible debenture of Property Perfect PCL, THB 25,000 million financial restructuring of Jasmine Group, and the recapitalization of SG Asia Credit PCL under Tier 1 Capital Assistant Program of the Ministry of Finance.
