• US$ 50 million international private placement through global accelerated book building of Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction PCL
• The merger between Bank of Asia PCL and UOB Radanasin Bank PCL which also entailed THB 5,200 million tender offer.
• THB 10,800 million financial restructuring of Jasmine International PCL
• THB 5,000 million financial restructuring of Lenso Group,
• THB 4,125 million acquisition of Digital Phone by Shin Corporation PCL
• The private placement of TISCO Finance PCL under the Tier-1 Capital Assistant Program.
• A number of initial public offerings including PTG Energy PCL, Sea Oil PCL, Asia Sermkij Leasing PCL, and Sahacogen (Chonburi) PCL
