As an associate at Sage Capital, Racha undertakes various investment banking transactions, including M&As and an initial public offering. She started her journey at Sage Capital as an intern during her last semester of university. Her responsibilities were to research and prepare documents to support our cases, such as industry research, analyze previous IPO cases, and search for suitable potential investors. She is working on an initial public offering of an energy company, an initial public offering of a technology company, and business expansion and acquisition of complementary business of a listed integrated energy company.
