Natthaya has joined Sage Capital since 2019. She is working on various investment banking transactions such as IPOs, M&As, and financial advisory services. Before joining Sage Capital, she worked as a senior associate auditor at PwC Thailand. Being part of audit team, she provided financial data analyses to identify risk factors and studied client’s business model and sub-process to determine an audit strategy.
