Natthaya has joined Sage Capital since 2019. She is working on various investment banking transactions such as IPOs, M&As, and financial advisory services.

Before joining Sage Capital, she worked as a senior associate auditor at PwC Thailand. Being part of audit team, she provided financial data analyses to identify risk factors and studied clients business model and sub-process to determine an audit strategy.

Earlier in her career, she started working as a management trainee at S.Khonkaen Foods Industry Public Company Limited. Her task was to conduct a market research to obtain customer insights and undertake a market testing to ensure that a marketing plan can be implemented effectively.

She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Commerce and Accountancy Department of Accountancy at Chulalongkorn University. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) under Federation of Accounting Professions Under The Royal Patronage of His Majesty The King.
