Amorn has been responsible for various financial advisory assignments at Sage Capital. His accomplishments include Baht 1,638 million initial public share offering of PTG Energy Plc. (a leading COCO petrol station company), US$ 20 million convertible debenture issuance of Property Perfect Plc. to a Hong Kong based private equity fund, a fund raising for Thai 3D animated TV series, Shelldon, broadcasted on Channel 3 Thailand, NBC in the United States and 110 other countries around the world, a fairness opinion on the backdoor listing of BTS Group Holding Plc. for Tanayong Plc.’s shareholders, the corporate restructuring of RK Media Plc. and a debt restructuring for non-listed furniture manufacturer.
Currently, he is working on various transactions such as the initial public offering of a logistic company, a business expansion plan and M&A Strategy for a petroleum trading company, and a joint venture establishment for an integrated palm oil business.
Prior to joining Sage Capital, Amorn worked at Bangkok Bank Plc. as an account officer, focusing on debt restructuring for medium-sized businesses.
Amorn graduated from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMIT'L) in 1998 with a B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering. In 2001, he received an M.B.A. degree in finance from National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
